Caesar Chicken Pasta Salad

3 cups hot cooked penne (I use whole wheat pasta)
2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup fat-free or light caesar dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
shredded fresh parmesan cheese
4 roasted skinless, boneless chicken breast sliced

Combine all ingredients and toss.  Can be served hot or cold!
