Poppy Seed Dressing



1 1/2 C. Vegtetable Oil
3/4 Rice Vinegar
1 C. Sugar
1 Medium Red Onion (you can use white too)
2 tsp. Salt
2 T. Poppyseeds
2 T. Dry Mustard

Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate.
